Grampians 2015

Good Morning Fellow Single Parents Active Kids how are we and those marvellous kids?? This camp was the success story as far as camps go for 2014, loved every part of it, the pinnacle walk started us on our way for Everest Base Camp. Glorious part of Victoria.

DATES:
Melbourne Cup Weekend.
Arriving Saturday 31st of October Leaving Monday 2nd of November, so 2 days 3 nights, you are more then welcome to extend which I assume most members will do and did do last year.

Halls Gap Caravan Park, The Grampians National Park, cnr School Road and Grampians Road Halls Gap

SELF CATERED:
This will be a self catered camp, I am sure we will get a bbq happening on the Saturday night and more activities to get involved in as this comes closer! Camp fire with marshmallows and those famous roasted potatoes, perhaps even a tad of damper will also be part of the magic of this camp.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS:
Budget Cabins – sleeps up to 6, there are 4 of these available.
Twin Deluxe Cabins – Sleeps up to 5, there are 2 of these available.
Deluxe Cabin – Sleeps up to 5, only 1 of these available.
Powered Tenting Sites – Sleeps up to 6, 10 of these available.
I can definitely add more cabins and tent sites if required, 17 sites all up at this stage sounds about right, hopefully I will need to add more.

SHARING:
If you are looking at staying in a cabin and you would like to share please let me know asap and I will try my best to make that happen!!
Very important that you let me know exactly what you are looking to do in your initial E-mail clarity is very important and in a camp like this.

HOST/ADMINISTRATION FEE:
$10 per family has not been added to the below price.

COST: Based on 1 night accommodation:
Budget Cabins – sleeps up to 6, there are 4 of these available. First 2 people $130 Every adult above that $12, kid 4-16 $8, kids 3 and under free. Example 2 adults & 4 kids between 4-16 would be a total of $162 per night +$10 camp host fee per family.
Twin Deluxe Cabins – Sleeps up to 5, there are 2 of these available. $179 Every adult above that $12, kid 4-16 $8, kids 3 and under free. Example 2 adults and 3 kids 4-16 $211 per night + $10 camp host fee per family.
Deluxe Cabin – Sleeps up to 6, only 1 of these available. $169 Every adult above that $12, kid 4-16 $8, kids 3 and under free. Example 2 adults & 2 kids between 4-16 $185 +  $10 camp host fee per family.
Powered Tenting Sites – Sleeps up to 6, 10 of these available. $45 +$8 per person after that. Example 2 adults & 4 kids between 4-16 would be a total of $$77 + $10 camp host fee per family.

INSTALMENTS:
First instalment by Wednesday the 15th of July.
Final Payment by Wednesday the 30th of September.

SUMMARY:
Last year was the first year as a group we have held a camp at the Grampians. What a gorgeous part of Victoria, loved every minute of it, just a case of when start promoting the 2015 version.
I highly recommend making most of your time down there, so 3 or 4 nights if you can, plenty to enjoy!
