Tee Pee Weekend

Good Morning Fellow Single Parents Active Kids how are we and those sensational children? Lol, I saw this deal last night when I was looking for something else for what will hopefully be my future business in travel agency/brokering. I could not promote last night as could not send any E-mails (bloody laptop) and I wanted to confirm dates with owners, which I just have, they are great to deal with. For those members that have gone in the past, there have been plenty of up-grades as well with a games room and the tee pee’s having carpet in them.

Kotupna: From $129 for a Teepee-Style Getaway with Canoe Hire, Wine, Marshmallows and Firewood at Wakiti Creek Resort

DATES TO CHOOSE FROM:
Friday 6th to 8th of May, so 2 nights 3 days and or Friday 27th to 29th of May (Singing in the Rain on the Sunday), also 2 nights and 3 days.
I always try to offer both weekend patterns the opportunity!
I have booked 5 tee pees for each weekend (that’s all of them), I have said to Management I will get back to them in a month about numbers and how we are progressing.

IN YOUR INITIAL REPLY I NEED THE FOLLOWING DETAILS PLEASE:

  • Which date you are keen on and your level of flexibility, noting there are only 5 teepes available for each weekend.
  • Do you want to share, there are 6 people per tee pee.

A saving of $282 per tee pee.

The Resort is situated just 20-minute from the historical town of Echuca and is central to Barmah, Kyabram, Cobram, Shepparton, Tongala and all the tourist attractions on offer.

Teepee Room

There are five teepees set up in a semi circle. Each teepee is twenty feet in diameter with a raised wooden floor, lighting, mattresses to sleep six (a double and four singles) and a newly designed see through rain sheet, that keeps out the weather without detracting from the traditional look of the teepee poles through the roof. The teepee area has it’s own large undercover BBQ Rotunda with tables, chairs, BBQs, lighting, power, sink, bench top, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a communal camp fire area and amenities block close by.

Enjoy a unique holiday camping experience without the hassle. Just pack your bedding, picnic basket, esky and you’re set.

  • Unwind in tranquil surrounds while kicking back in your Native American-style teepee or cabin
  • Cool off by taking a dip in the swimming pool
  • Spot wildlife while canoeing down Wakiti Creek
  • Spend the evening roasting marshmallows over an open fire
  • Crack open a bottle of wine to commemorate your stay
  • Test your skills playing at tennis, basketball, or volleyball on the campsite’s courts
  • Walk or ride through acres of bush tracks around the site
  • Enjoy a holiday with your dog as pets are allowed on the property

Stayed in a tepee for 4 nights over the new year and loved every second. Perfect if you enjoy camping but don’t have the right equipment. The tepees were clean on the inside and we arranged the mattresses to suit our needs. We brought our own food and cooked in the well equipped bbq area. The grounds were very well maintained and there were more than enough activities to do

Located about 30 min from Echuca with bushland on one side this is a spacious quiet park with fabulous amenities & facilities. The best caravan park shower ever – large cubicle & shower head with good pressure. Given the current dry conditions the campsites have a good coverage of green grass & inner roads are covered with road base thus minimising dust. Plenty of trees for shade, BBQ’s with shade, tables & chairs, great camp kitchen & TV room, games room, swimming pool & more.
