DATE:
Friday 7th of April through to Sunday 9th of April, middle weekend of School Holidays, perfect. You are more than welcome to stay for longer than 2 nights and 3 days, obviously all comes down to communication asap! I know some families decided last year they wanted to stay one extra night at the last second and could not happen, so the earlier you let me know the better!

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME:
Arriving 2 PM Friday for those in cabins, 12 noon for those in tents.,
Leaving the cabins must be done by 10 AM Sunday and 6 pm for those tenting. For those staying in Cabins you are more then welcome to park your car outside boom-gates and enjoy the park full of activities until 6pm.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS:
Pool View Cottages – sleeps up to 6, All blankets, linen, pillows & bath towels are supplied for you. Have 2 of these on hold.
Holiday Cabins – Sleeps up to 6, there are 5 of these available. All blankets, linen, pillows & bath towels are supplied for you. Have 5 of these on hold.
Park Cabins – sleeps up to 5, there are 2 of these available. All blankets, linen, pillows & bath towels are supplied for you. Only 2 of these available.
Powered Tenting Sites – Sleeps up to 7, yes can definitely share tenting sites, There are 10 of these available!

COST PER NIGHT:
The costs below do not include the $10 camp administration/host fee.
Deluxe Cottage 2 Bedroom – $168 per night for the first 2 people (oldest 2) , $16 extra per child. So if we have 2 adults and 2 kids the cost will be $200 per night.
Holiday Cabins – $148 per night for the first 2 people (oldest 2), $16 extra per child. So if we get 6 in these, the cost will be $212 per night.
Park Cabins – $129 per night for the first 2 people (oldest 2), $16 extra per child. S0 if we get 5 in here the cost is $$177 per night.
Powered Tenting Sites – $50 per night for the first 2 people (oldest 2), $9 extra per child, once over 2 on the site in other words. If 2 adults and 5 kids on the site, the cost is $95 per night.

CAMP ADMINISTRATION/HOST FEE $10 PER FAMILY:
Please members don’t forget the $10 is not included in the above prices, as there will be families sharing and so on can’t happen. Please keep in mind the $10 is per family for the camp.

INSTALMENTS:
First instalment into our account by Friday 18th of November we normally ask for half your total amount.
Final instalment into our account no later then Friday 17th of March. If you are struggling to pay on time you need to let us know via E-mail to info@singleparentsactivekids.org a minimum of 1 week before payment is due. Communication leads to clarity!

Resort Style Heated Swimming Pool and Indoor Spa Complex. ThePool is gas and solar heated between September School Holidays and April Anzac Weekend to a warm 28 degrees. The indoor spa is heated all year round to 37 degrees (fee applies for use of spa).

These rooms will keep kids of all ages occupied during your holiday. The toddlers room is set up specifically for children 5 years and under with a large variety of play equipment, whilst the games room has an assortment of games including table tennis, pool table, air hockey and a good variety of video games.

ACTIVITIES:
HORSE RIDING AND PADDLE BOATS WERE 2 ACTIVITIES THAT WERE ENJOYED VERY MUCH LAST TIME WE CAME TO THIS FANTABULOUS CAMP, WILL DO SAME THIS TIME AROUND, MORE INFO TO COME CLOSER TO THE DATE!!

SUMMARY:
Has become our most popular camp, location is wonderful, the ability to offer both cabins and tents works a treat, easy drive to get there, all adds to yet another sensational weekend away with like minded single parents and their kids!

CABINS & COTTAGES: 
All blankets, linen, pillows & bath towels are supplied for you in all cabins and cottages. We also ask that if you are planning on using our pool or spa facility please supply your own beach towels.
Linen is changed every 8th day and towels every 4th day between 10.00am and noon. Extra servicing is available if requested at a cost of $12 per bed or $2 a towel Alternatively there are laundries provided on site.
Please note that whilst every effort is made to accommodate preferred cabin / cottage number they are not guaranteed.

BUNKS:
For safety reasons it is recommended that children under the age of 9 years do not use the top bunk. The park will not be held responsible if you choose to do so.

ALL PARKING:
Each cottage & cabin has a driveway with space for one car. A second vehicle can be parked in our visitors car park which is an additional $6 per day.
Each site fees allow for one car per site. A second vehicle is an additional $6 per day providing the car can fit within your allocated site.

Accommodation Cancellations (per unit): must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund less $40 cancellation fee.  No refund if less than 7 days notice given.  Easter & Long Weekends: must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund less $80 cancellation fee.  No refund if less than 30 days notice given.

Site Cancellations (per site): must be received 48 hours before arrival, for a full refund less $15 administration fee.  No refunds if less than 48 hours notice given.  Easter & Long Weekends: must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund less $40 cancellation fee.  No refund if less than 30 days notice given.

Please be aware that ants are a fact of life in our region and we have to learn to live with them.  We make every effort to control  the ants and the accommodation units and buildings are sprayed by Gibsons Pest Control twice a year.  We suggest you bring some surface spray if you are staying on a powered site.
