We have enjoyed one of our birthday parties here before, very suitable for kids of all ages.

FREE FOR ALL MEMBERS:

All food and drinks (not coffee and tea) will be supplied on the night, there will be pizza’s, all sorts including vegetarian, party pies, sausage rolls, soft drink, water and so on.

DRESS UP:

Whether it be in your team’s colours, 70′s outfit, a glowing dress, what-ever it is, please come dressed in something a tad different, the more bizarre the better.

RSVP’S:

Please rsvp asap, I need all rsvp’s in by Thursday the 25th of June. If after you have rsvp’d your circumstances change I need to be notified via E-mail no later then 6 pm Friday the 25th of June please.

CATERED EVENT:

This is a fully catered event, our group will be supplying everything including the disposable cups and we will be cleaning up and taking our rubbish away.

COFFEE:

If you want to purchase coffee/tea, you can do so at the centre.

MEMORIES OF THE 7 YEARS:

Please members shoot through your and your kids favourite memories of the last 7 years, yes there can be more then one for sure (One of the top of my head for me would be Everest Base Camp, another would be Gold Coast all 3, another would be South Pacific Cruise, I think you all get the idea). We will have them up on the night and share them with members who can’t make the night and perhaps at Free Family Fun days as well.

SUMMARY:

There is so much I can say about coming up to 7 years of amazing memories, but I will leave that to another very special E-mail. I really do hope to see a lot of you members on this big night, new and more experienced members, please come along and help us celebrate a mighty achievement.
